I've had my Roku TV and sound bar for a while. Sound bar stops working
I turn on Roku TV
I plug in Roku sound bar.
I follow instructions given on sound bar.
TV doesn't find sound bar.
Reset sound bar for the ten seconds, and repeat.
Same thing TV doesn't seem sound bar
Repeat all multiple times
TV doesn't see sound bar
So what do I do?

This started in the last 3-4 days
Nothing special happened that I know of.
I previously went through your support page listed and nothing works.
When the sound bar is plugged in, it continually "repeats" the instructions on how to connect it to the tv.
Thanks for keeping us posted, @wackowask
Have you tried performing a system restart on your Roku TV and try to pair the Roku TV and Soundbar once again?
Also, by any chance, have you ensured that your Roku Soundbar is not paired to any other devices?
Please keep us posted.
All the best,
Kash
Having the same exact issues. Brand-new soundbar. TV is updated to current version. I've factory reset the soundbar. Unplugged both for a few minutes. All I'm getting is the error on the TV that 'no wireless soundbar found' and the soundbar just keeps repeating the instructions 'turn on TV press home button for 5 seconds and follow instructions.'
The sound bar is 2 inches below the TV and the router is about 5 feet from the TV.
Hi @ChickenChaser,
I just wanted to say thank you for making your first post here in the Roku Community!
We would require further information regarding the Roku Wireless soundbar setup issue you are experiencing. I'm glad to hear that you've already done some troubleshooting.
Could you share with us the model number of both TV and the soundbar? We'd like to take a closer look.
Thanks,
Rey
