If your Roku audio is out of sync, check the hardware and cables. If there are no signs of damage, turn off the Roku's volume mode audio leveling and power cycle. If none of this works, perform a system restart to your Roku streaming device by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. It is also a good option to restart your cable box by doing a power cycle.
