Roku TV not showing on my account

How do I connect my Roku Tv older version to my Roku Account? My TV is not opening basic apps easily or disconnecting often on apps

To ensure that you're linking the correct Roku account, kindly check the email address connected to your Roku device. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on System
  3. Select the 'About' option

If the linked email address does not match your Roku account, perform a factory reset and reactivate your Roku. For instructions, you can refer to this support article on how to system restart or factory reset your Roku streaming device.

Is the email address that's displayed on the TV under Settings->System->About the same as your Roku account?  If not, you have to factory reset the TV to link it to your Roku account.
