I haven’t found a solution in pairing a new Express with tv. Using new cables that were provided. USB in working wall outlet. HDMI is simple since there is only one HDMI port on TV. Have tv remote set to HDMI for source. The message I get when turning on TV is it shows I’m connected to HDMI but I get a no data message. The ROKU device continues to blink with or without the tv on. I have no other devices attached to the TV.
