We purchased a Roko streaming stick 4K. For our camper we are getting on your Wi-Fi net work is not configured to work with dish on stream. We brought it home and are getting the same message on our home TV. Please advise is this not compatible with dish on stream?

We will be asking for more information to further investigate this issue that you're experiencing. Could you send us a photo or video of your running problem? How are you trying to connect to your network? Is it via a wired or wireless connection? Do you have cellular data, so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot and see if that works?
