My Soundbar does not startup when I power up the TV. I need to press the reboot button to get it to come up each time. I tried resetting the remote, changing the HMDI cable. It works fine after I reboot it but it seems to go into some mode when I turn the TV off since the light blinks very slowly...
Welcome, @tsliva4.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We see that you're experiencing unintended behavior when trying to start up your Roku Streambar. We'd like to help you out and provide a resolution to your problem.
Have you considered activating the one-touch play feature on your Roku device? This convenient option allows your Roku to seamlessly switch the TV inputs for you. Once enabled, as soon as the Roku is connected to a power source and powered on, it will automatically change your television’s input to the correct source, making it ready for instant use without any extra effort on your part. To enable that, go to Settings > System > Control other devices > put a checkmark on "1-touch play".
Please let us know if this works for you.
All the best,
Emman

Thank you for the reply.
I already had the one touch play selected so I tried it both unselected and selected but it made no difference either way.
The unit seems go off since the light goes out and once I hit the rest button it comes back up fine. The TV states there is no source to connect to until I hit the reset button then it connects fine...
Here is the unit I have
Model 9102R, Serial #YL006L945506, SV: 14.0 Device: 2A1286945506
any further suggestions would be appreciated
Thank you...
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, @tsliva4.
Could you please test the device on a different television to determine whether the same issue occurs? Additionally, it would be helpful to swap out the current high-speed HDMI cable for another one, as this might enhance the performance and resolve the problems you’ve been encountering.
Please keep us posted.
All the best,
Emman
