I am having issues getting out of guest mode. I've tried on my TV, Roku account and even tried with the Roku remote app. I click the *, then scroll down to Exit Guest Mode, enter password, select the yes, I'm sure Exit Guest Mode. It restarts but takes me straight back to the "Welcome! Enjoy your stay" (this screen wants me to select checkout date (I've done this too, nothing happens) or click the *. I've called Curtis (a ticket has been created), 3-5 days to get back to me. I've emailed, I've called Roku (they said call Curtis)..... help
No, unfortunately. I don't remember exactly what I did as it's been awhile. I do remember resetting to factory. I found the answer via YouTube. It's working fantastic. No issues. I think this is the link that I followed instructions to get out of guest mode and reset to factory.
