I cannot believe how poorly the software is designed for this brand new Plus edition TV. After numerous chats, that keep getting disconnected, I called. I have no screen mirroring, and the channel store isn't available on this new TV! I have a brand new Fios router, they tell me that's the problem with the screen mirroring! They obviously have poor software if there is problems connecting with my router. And in order to browse available channels, you must use mobile app.....not available on TV! Very poor job by Roku!
@SD1290, something's very wrong. They keep renaming the channel store and on the latest update it looks like it's called "Streaming Store", but I'm sure you would have noticed that if it was there. I'm guessing you also don't have "Search" on the Home Screen menu? Is there any chance that your Roku account wasn't created in the US? You may want to start over with a factory reset and maybe even a new Roku account.

Very poorly executed product. Have done several factory resets! I've found out that the "Streaming Store" is the channel store. Extremely limited options available there....if you want to browse the full channel/streaming store you must do it on mobile or computer! I give up, it's going back! I'm going to get a Google enabled TV, they have to be better than this joke of a TV.
There are more than 38 thousand roku channels in the channel store.
That's great....except you cannot browse them on Roku's newest and greatest TV! An absolute FAIL on software! Amazon FireTV allows you to easily browse apps. Having to use your phone to browse channels when you have a brand new TV is ridiculous.
Nope it is not a fail on the software. Amazon has half as many half as many apps as roku does. What if you don't have a really fast internet connection and you try look at all of the those apps on a fire tv, update windows, while your kids play on their PS5s all at the same time? When you browse the apps everything will come to a crawl.
