I did a factory reset on my tcl roku tv since my streaming apps were not working, though my internet was fine, but now I can't control it with the remote I have except to turn it on and off. I'm stuck at the setup language screen. The remote I have is a replacement since my dog chewed up the factory remote the TV came with.i can't use my phone as my remote since the TV is not connected to my internet at the moment. What do I do?
