Required to unplug TCL Roku Tv To connect to app.

Does Anyone know how to fix or a work around for get TCL Roku TVs to connect without having to actually unplug the TV from and start it again for my app to recognize the TV.?

Have you enabled "Fast TV start" under Settings->System->Power?
