Ok so my remote fell on the floor twice working the same minute and the volume of the device does not work. I need to get a replacement but I don’t know where. My remote is a Westinghouse Roku Tv Remote.
Thanks for the inquiry.

You can go to a walmart, there they have Roku voice wifi remote, once paired will work with all roku tv's. They also sell the One-For-All urc-7935, which works great with roku tv's. Use section D in the instructions and use the TCL roku tv steps. If you don't need Vudu or you tube keys, using the insignia roku tv directions would get you Slingtv and Google Play commands instead.

If you don't feel like wasting your hard earned money on another cheap poorly made remote there's another option too. Just download a roku remote app for your smartphone assuming you have one. Who doesn't these days right? Needless to say most phones are built to be a lot more durable than those **bleep** remotes!
