I see LOTS of issues with Express - Im new to Roku- it came in my motorhome. 

I already did factory reset and bought brand new Roku Streambar. HD 4K HDR....WIRELESS.

It WONT connect.

Held the button on the back down....it turned green....then flashing yellow.

It WONT CONNECT WIRELESSLY.

The Roku Streambar does not connect wirelessly to anything, it needs a hdmi cable connected to an arc hdmi input on the tv, or combination of hdmi and optical for non-arc tv's. If you can't pair the Streambar's remote to Streambar, use the express IR remote to go into the Streambar settings> remote & devices> new device> soundbar> follow prompts

I’m having the same issue, and I got a Hisense Q6 tv and the streambar is connected to HDMI 1 and tot he optic as well and still the orange light keeps blinking and not connecting
