I just bought a Roku TV (TCL). Everything is set up and working well EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. I have a Facebook Portal device that worked with my old TV. It was set up with a two-way switch so that I could either switch to my Roku stick or to my Portal device. With the Roku TV, I connected the Roku stick adapter with the HDMI 1 plug in. (Although I'm not sure if that is necessary with a Roku TV... All my apps uploaded from my Roku account online and are accessible on the TV directly.) The Facebook Portal device is connected to the HDMI 2 plug in. However, this message appears when I try to access the Portal: "No signal (is it on?)" What should I do?
