Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you've experienced with your Onn Roku TV. We're glad to help.
In this case, we recommend restarting your Roku device from the settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a power submenu, skip to the next step) to see if there are any differences after doing so.
