Hi - I need to purchase a 2nd power cord for both my wireless bass pro and my streambar pro. I've contacted support but the response is that I cannot purchase a power cable, I have to purchase a new unit or warranty replace my current unit in order to get a power cable. I just need a 2nd cable so I don't have to crawl underneath furniture to unplug it whenever I want to move the devices to another room in the house. Can anyone recommend a replacement cord or give me the specs for the connector? I ordered a test replacement cable from Amazon with the same type of end that fits into the device but the connector isn't quite large enough to fit.
Thanks for any help you can provide. I never knew purchasing a power cord would be this difficult!
