We appreciate you letting us know about your streaming issues with PBS Kids on your Roku Ultra. We received a few reported issues about this, and since you have done a factory reset and the issue persists, we would like to look further into this issue, but we need more details.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- What is the channel's version and build? (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button.)
- Tracker ID. When you see this issue, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID.
- Troubleshooting steps you have taken to try resolving the issue.
