Orange flashing light no picture

I have a Roku sound bar it has a flashing orange light I’ve tried everything when I reset it it stays green once I push power on my remote it goes to flashing orange light gives me no menu or nothing

We're sorry that you're having trouble with your Roku device. Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku Streambar? Each Roku player and Roku audio device has its serial number or device ID printed on the bottom or back of the product. I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.
