@Corashcar , I have wired internet. Y tv is in factory mode. When I hold for 30 seconds or mire, appear a screen with « onn. Roku. TV » but not message of update. The screen trmained for 2 hours, no movemnt. How was thst for you?

As my earlier post, I had to hold down the reset button until the Recovery Screen came up. After that, I was able to factory reset my TV, re-establish internet connection and update. I believe the key is to get to the Recovery Screen. I can't remember how long I kept the reset button pressed down for, but I would just keep it pressed until you get that screen. My Recovery screen was purple. Good luck!

@Alex27 i have exact same problem as yours its goes to split screen that says onn.roku TV after 30 seconds hard reset but i never see a recovery mode, did you figure out a way yet ..? I tried pressing the button as long as i can but still it never went past.

So I’ve done all the suggestions listed and not worked. The last thing I did was the factory reset and now the TV won’t even display any options to select. Just a blank grey screen. So now what.

Thanks for this advice! It’s been months of not being able to use the Disney+ and other apps closing while in use. The whole system seems to be running much more efficiently since the system reset. 🙂
