All of sudden my tv started flashing and now is stuck in recovery mode. I have tried everything there is. Nothing works. My family has 3 onn TVs and they are all the same way. We have tried all the suggestions and nothing has work. I have tried updating and factory reset multiple times

Mine has done exactly the same thing, I go through all the steps and it goes back to the same screen again getting really frustrating

My TCL tv is doing the same this morning. Does anyone know if there was a recent update?

I was told that most likely it's the motherboard. I just threw mine out the window. It pissed me off. I was also told that it is possible that there could've been some type of bug put in software. I don't know tho.

I have mine working again after doing a factory reset and then and update during setup. Perhaps you should try that before you get a new tv.

• Roku TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
•  Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
• Could you send us a photo or video clip?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

Hii, Goodnight My Television Is Stuck On Recovery Mode Ii Have The Information And Would Like Some Please

I tried that for hours. Didn't do anything. All it does is go back recovery mode. I've watched YouTube and tick tock videos. Nothing works

Same I'm putting in the wifi password and downloading the update it restarts and reaches back to Recovery Mode

It's a bloody miracle!! On a whim, thought I'd give it another try this morning. Held the power button down for 20 seconds, plugged it in then went through the wi-fi set up and it software load and it took! Back in business baby. I don't know if the engineers found a fix or I was just given a blessing today. Don't give up folks.
