We have a ‘70 inch Roku TV that has a black screen with sound with Prime TV and Peacock (those are the only ones I’ve tried so far). Hulu works consistently so I don’t think it’s an issue with the backlighting or wiring. Is there any way to correct this?

I also have the same issue. It started doing it only on some Netflix movies or shows now it does it on every show and movies. It also now does it on prim, Hulu and disney. It works fine with some other apps like YouTube so I don't think it's a hardware issue. I also factory reset it to see if it would work but the issue came right back.
