My TCL 65S535 was working fine and then a few days ago the apps would no longer load and it began to restart over and over. I have tried updating the system from a wireless connection and from a usb. I have also gone into recovery mode and tried to update from there. When I connect and try to update the software to get anything to load, It says software is up to date and then restarts. It won’t preserve the network connection or move past “connect and activate”. Hardware ID is A116X. Software version is 12.0.0, build 4171-88.
