Sadly, this did not fix the issue for me. I still cannot get my subwoofer to connect to my TCL 50s421 Roku TV.
Stream Bar Pro and wireless speakers connect fine.
I had the subwoofer hooked up to a different TV for a short while and it worked fine. Tried to add it to the current one and have experienced only frustration. Nothing seems to work. Is there a an idea that the problems started occurring after update 12.0?
Kash, thanks for your friendly support.
I read everything published and tried every solution online before I discovered the problem and fixed it.
I decided to look for a photo of where the subwoofer's reset button is located. I had been pressing above the white light, but the button is actually located just above the power cord. Easy to miss if you're not looking for it.
Anyway, it's working beautifully now. Hopefully my post will help somebody else.
I once ran a forum myself and it's great to see one as well run as this.
I'm at level seven already? Wow.
