After the security update three different ONN tvs I have all went black. ONN walked me through all of the things I had already tried but to no avail. Before anyone says backlight, the ONN splashscreen is in perfect brightness before it goes black. Any suggestions?
Three?! Yikes! The only thing I could suggest is to factory reset one of them to see what happens.

I have factory reset and power drained all 3. Will never buy another ONN again. Barely over 2 years old. Will probably go to something without being combined with an android operating system as well.

If the problem still persists, what Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku stream bar, Roku TV-Specify)
