When I turn on the ONN 32 soundbar it announces in a very loud voice "Power On."  Then it says, "HDMI."

When I turn it off, it announces in a very loud voice, "Power Off."   

This announcement ONLY happens when I turn on or off the TV and soundbar.  It's loud enough to wake the dead.  

It's not "Audio Guidance" because it has nothing else to say (I checked, Audio Guidance is turned off).

It only talks to me when I turn it on and when I turn it off.

For clarification, is the Onn Soundbar a Roku Soundbar?

I have this soundbar. It is onn only, not roku too. Tv is onn/roku, but it can be off and soundbar still announces"power on/power off" and each imput and mode.

Hi

i have a Hisense smart tv. I know this is for Roku but my tv has been driving me crazy saying power on snd power off. I’ve googled and looked everywhere. This morning by accident I stumbled up on the answer. I turned google assistant off and the announcements discontinued!!!!!! Hope this might help someone else
