ONN Roku TV issues with channels - crashing and loss of audio

Jump to solution

My tvs did update on the 5th to version 9.4.2 and ever since my live tv doesn't work at all. My Roku channel kicks me out without even opening as well as my Wapa.tv. youtube keeps losing its audio... And this is on both my ONN Roku TVs... Because the other brand tv works fine... Please help... Chat support was unable to help.

@Yanila

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku TV brand and model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

With more information we will be able to investigate the issue further.
