I added the app on the Roku but it doesn’t get added to my Home Screen and when I click on it in the streaming store it just loads forever, I have tried restarting it and factory resetting and using the app but nothing seems to work. HELP ME!!!

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to help you with this and find the best resolution possible. 

Where are you currently located? Please be informed that the Roku streaming platform is US-based. Although you can still use your Roku device outside the US, there are only limited apps/channels supported in different locations. 

Also, Roku streaming devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion.
