I have added roku wireless speakers to an existing roku streambar pro. They paired successfully. But…the wireless speakers don’t consistently produce sound. If they’re sounding and the streambar is working then I change channels and the wireless speakers stop working. Or I stream a YouTube video and the wireless speakers work but no sound from the streambar. I spent 90 minutes type chatting with support and got cut off. Is there a way to speak live with roku support?
Welcome to the Roku Community, @Jlamm!
We see that you're having trouble getting your Wireless Speakers to work with your Roku Streambar Pro. We would like to help you out and get your audio devices back up and running.
Have you tried factory resetting your Roku Wireless Speakers? If not, here are the thorough troubleshooting steps that you may try to see if this resolves the issue.
Two ways to factory reset your Roku Wireless Speakers are through the Settings and the physical reset button.
Through the Settings
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for additional wireless audio devices
Through the Physical Button
On the back of each Roku wireless audio device is a Reset button. Each wireless audio device must be factory reset independently. Press and hold the Reset button on the back of each device firmly for 10 seconds. The status LED will go dark momentarily and begin blinking when the factory reset is complete. If the factory reset is successful, you will see the status LED start to flash.
On Roku wireless speakers, the button is located below the Pair button and status LED.
Note: A short press of the Reset button does not perform a factory reset – it only restarts the speaker, soundbar, or subwoofer. Be sure to press and hold the Reset button for at least 10 seconds.
Please let us know if this works for you.
All the best,
Emman
