Network problems roku sucks

Haven't been able to watch TV for a week not connected error showing customer service sucks not helping me keep telling me they will have someone reach out to me no one ever does. I have checked my password restarted my system router u plugged my TV restarted roku system every technique roku has. I need help!!!!this is one of the worse customer service agents are incompetent do not know how to solve my problem. Will Not be recommending Roku to anyone

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
    • Specific behavior of the issue.

      I am having the same problem this is day two. How do I get to any of that information that you're asking this person .

        Okay home button 10 times back arrow five times I finally got 

        Model 3900x - Roku Express  version 14.1.4 built 7709-51 GC version 13.6.13 * stamp 2025 407 please use issue ID 10-138-335 to report the current issue
