My TV keeps shutting off and on by itself. Then it factory reset it self.

My TV keeps turning off and on, On its own as if the TV is being powered on or off. This happens everyday. The TV also factory resets itself i have tried looking for a solution but I'm not having any luck on solving the problem.  Do I need to replace the TV or what can I do?
