I just unplugged my tv for a couple of minutes, and when I plugged it back in everything (background, menu selections highlighted, etc) came back. Try the simple solutions first!
Brand new Roku tv. Bought in the US, has the latest update, has been reset, and still no option to search for streaming channels. Please help.
@Sarrfox, bought in the US, but are you using it in the US? Was your Roku account created in the US?
