I hate to tell you, but there's nothing you can do. No one will replace a screen since it would cost more than the TV. I went through this several years ago with a TV that wasn't more than a few weeks old. You could search places like ebay for a screen and try to replace it yourself, but I doubt that would even be an option. You may be able to sell it for parts.
