Malfuction/defect Black screen

Was laying in bed watching Netflix through my Xbox then the screen suddenly turned black and hasn't recovered since, I've left it unplugged from 15 minutes all the way up to an hour, I've held the reset button for 30 seconds, I've attempted the reset input into the remote, nothing seems to work. I put in a claim to get it replaced/repaired hopefully this isn't a strenuous process or I'll just take my $$$ elsewhere.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we acknowledge the concern that you currently have. Since this seems like a hardware issue, you can reach out to your TV manufacturer directly and inquire further about the issue. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support with their TV models.
