Latest Hardware Update Issue HDMI ARC and Eather Net port not working

Jump to solution

I have 2 3 year old Hisense Roku TVs. The latest update the HDMI ARC port has stopped working on 1 of them and the Eather Net Cable Port has stopped working on the other. I have tried everything to remedy this issue and nothing works. So it brings me to an update issue. Is there a Hotfix coming to fix these issues? Have these Issues been reported already?

Thanks,

Bernie.

Hi @Btrumblak,

Welcome, and thank you for your post!

We understand that you're having issues with your Hisense Roku TV. We'd be glad to assist.

Could you confirm if you have already performed a hard reset on your TV by locating the reset button at the back of the TV and pressing and holding it until the TV restarts? If the issue persists after doing so, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer, as their expertise is required with this type of hardware issue. You can refer to this link to directly contact support for your Roku TV.

Let us know how it goes, and we'll take it from there. We look forward to your response!

Best regards,
Janadee
