You may have issues importing a TV that isn't officially supported there. Maybe someone from the UK has some experience with a Roku TV.
There are some games on the Roku platform, but Roku isn't Android. You won't be able to play anything Android on a Roku TV without using some kind of external device. The person in the video may have been casting to a Roku TV, but I have no experience with that.
