After getting the 4201-88 update at 2am on 11/17/2021, there is no longer a gsync option in the Nvidia control panel when I have my TCL 6 series 55R625 hooked up via HDMI to my PC.
This was working fine for about year until this morning.
Also, my TV would just show a black screen when connected to my PC after the update, and the only way to get a signal again was to wipe my Nvidia drivers off my system entirely and reinstalling them,
Something really bad happened with the latest update.
@RokuDanny-RCan I get some acknowledgment that this is a known issue to the development team?
Also having this issue. No longer any option in Nvidia panel and no improvement with driver update. Sometimes my TV flashes pink. Also the Roku update somehow screwed up all the icons on my desktop as well, connected to my GPU also.
I tried four different Nvidia driver versions as well.
None of them allow me to enable Gsync now, whereas they all did before the last Roku update
What GPU are you using?
I'm on a Nvidia 3070
2070S
@RokuDanny-R, can I get acknowledgment that the dev team is aware of this bug?
I haven't been able to use gsync on my TV for almost a month now because of this
My TV just updated to 4210-88.
I still have no option for Gsync in my Nvidia control panel.
@RokuDanny-Ragain asking for acknowledgment that Roku is aware of this issue. Please respond.
