This will work
Hyperkin HD Cable for Wii https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072K2DCFM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KHt6Eb67ZBKYJ
ive used this on my tcl and Vizio TVs
Thanks for writing! I'm unsure this will work. I've tried 2 similar items. Neither worked.. Xfinity tells me it's it's their WPA2 security features that is causing it. What internet carrier were you using when you used this connection?

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I do have that cBle but it's all of 3" long. It won't reach anything. Do you know if there is a longer version out there? Also, what internet provider were you using? When I cLled xfinity they told me it was their WPA2 security feature. Although they're not the best and the brightest around there.
The device I showed you is made by good company that makes just gaming stiff it works I have my own router and fiber internet thru metronet
Hi again,
The AV cable that came with my roku tv doesn't work either. When I connect using it doesn't show that my wii is powered on but it is. When I used the RCA to HDMI connection I can access the wii but then I get a 51330 error code saying the wii can't access the internet. I called xfinw, they thought it was their security on their router and told me to try a different router. I have a linksys also connected so I gave it a try. Same issues.. Any other ideas?
A Wii is old technology. I'd guess the wifi only supports 2.4 Ghz and b protocol that may be disabled on your routers for better performance. And some older devices are confused if you have a 5Ghz wifi active with the same SSID. More problematic is that once you get an internet connection there is nothing to connect to. https://www.quora.com/Is-the-Nintendo-Wii-dead
So does this mean it's just trash?
You should still be able to play the games from discs you have, but the online updates, downloading games, news, etc. have been gone for a few years.
All your games will work fine there is just no online for the Wii anymore. If you really want your wii games to look and play best you could always buy a Wii U it play all Wii games on it and uses hdmi and newer WiFi standards.
I won't recognize discs on my 4k tv. If I put it on an older tv do you think it will work?
