Hi Community users,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We see that you're having an issue with your Roku TV regarding horizontal lines on your screen, and we appreciate you for letting us know about this. This seems like a hardware-related issue that can be caused by loose or damaged connections, loose or faulty display connections are often the culprit of horizontal screen lines.

For this matter, you will be best assisted by your Roku TV manufacturer. If the brand of your TV is TCL, Hisense, Westinghouse, etc, kindly be guided on how to contact your TV manufacturer at Contacting Support for Your Roku TV.

Additionally, if you're having issues with a Roku-branded TV, which is manufactured directly by Roku, then please keep us posted and we'll assist you accordingly.
