- Is this happening on all contents within the channel, or is it isolated? (Specify)
- Can you please specify the steps you are taking to reproduce this issue?
Furthermore, kindly provide the details below as follows:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- What channel and what version/build is having the issue? (You can find this by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button.)
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
