Hi Everyone,
My Roku TV screen went white but still has sound. I have tried everything like turned it off, unplugged it overnight, factory reset, and checked all the wires. I contacted Roku support but all I got were automated replies that just directed me to the manufacturer.
After a long wait, they told me to hire someone to fix it, which would cost more than the TV itself. The TV is 2 years old. Super frustrated with the whole process.
Any suggestions besides buying a new one?
