Hisense Roku TV - Airplay-Casting stopped working - not working, never has worked

I’m experiencing this issue. Tv worked fine for 5-6 months and airplay suddenly stopped working properly. Still connects to airplay but doesn't play anything. Shows when it connects and disconnects but wont play anything which is frustrating. Its on the same wifi same everything it just stopped working 1 day. I can mirror the phone thats works but the airplay wont work. What can i do to get this resolved?

    Let us help you get connected with AirPlay on your Roku TV. Before you can use AirPlay with your Roku device, we need to check the basic requirement. 

    • Does your Roku TV run Roku OS 10.0? (To find this information, go to the home screen and select Settings > System > About.)
    • Is your Apple device compatible? iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 12.3 or later and Mac with macOS Mojave 10.14.5 or later
    • Is your Apple device and Roku device on the same wireless network? (Confirm that your Roku device and your phone or tablet are connected to the same band and network name.)

    Once everything is confirmed, could you try re-connect your Apple device to your Roku TV using AirPlay? We also suggest you restart your Roku TV first before the process, to do this go to Settings > System > Power > System restart.
