Hisense 40H4+ D201X has built in motion smoothing that can not be turned off

Hi team,

I'm creating this ticket becaues I bought a tv that allegedly supports some motion rate 120 feature that can not be disabled from any of the picture  mode settings, expert settings or other options.

I have my ps5 hooked to the tv and when I try to play a bluray it has a ghosting effect that can not e removed.

The input info says that it is running on 1080p 24hz PCM in the HDMI  1 ARC port but it seems to present some kind of 3 2 pulldown effect, when paused it does not show up and none of the picture modes seems to change it.

I's there a way to disable this that I haven't found?

I state it again in case it goes unnoticed but I reviewed every single option in the tv outside of the hdmi input, while on the ps5 image and when playing the br when it actually changes to 24hz instead of 60hz and there is no way to disable this even changing to game mode to "remove" interpolated frames.
