May we know;
- When did you start experiencing this issue?
- Did your TV recently receive any software update that might have triggered this issue before this happened? If so, share the software version you are currently running under Settings > System > About.
- How often does your TV reboot?
- Is this happening on a specific channel? If so, kindly specify which channel.
Please note that one possible reason your Roku TV constantly reboots is a problem with the power adapter, cord, or power outlet. Ensure that everything is correctly connected to the back of the TV.
If you have any information about your device, please provide us with these details so we can send them to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation as follows:
- Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
