When I am.playing my playlist, it will play one song and then exit out of iHeart and take me to the main menu. Radio stations seem to work ok, just not playlists

We understand you're having a problem with the iHeartRadio channel. We're happy to assist you further. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.

Subscription status not correct. Sign in correct.

Subscription shows as free when is actually plus. Have triple checked sign in. Logged on and out multiple times. Removed and reinstalled iheart 3 times
