Display USB in home mode without internet connection

Jump to solution

We purchased a Roku TV to play a slideshow in our lobby. For security reasons, we cannot connect the TV to the internet. We are playing content from a USB. The TV currently can only display our content without internet in "Store Mode." Store Mode puts Roku ads over our content and does not save our display settings. We would like to use the TV in "Home Mode" with NO internet, and to remove the Roku ads. How do we do this?

@whphealthcare,

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you contacting us about switching your Roku TV to Home mode. We are happy to assist you.

You'll need to perform a factory reset to change your Roku TV from Store mode to Home mode. This process will restore your TV to its original settings, allowing you to configure it for personal use. Once the reset is complete, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Roku TV in Home mode, which is designed for everyday viewing and offers a personalized experience.
