Digital channels suddenly quit working

Watching digital tv OTA channels today, and they suddenly froze.  I rebooted, rescanned, reset, removed all streaming channels. Nothing is working.  I can get analog antenna channels and I can get cable channels.  My other TVs on the same antenna are working just fine.  Help!

I have mostly watched antennae tv but now the live tv icon for hose channels has dissappeared and I cannot find them or the channel guide.  F-ing roku.

Re: Digital channels suddenly quit working

Hi, @Selwynlaw99 @Fillinlax.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

Thank you for informing us about the streaming issues you're currently experiencing on your OTA Live TV channels. We'd be happy to review this.

Firstly, could you please access the Live TV Guide icon instead of the Live TV on The Roku Channel to see if you could access and stream your OTA Live TV channels through it?

Note: If Live TV is missing, you can add it by going to Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Set up input. If the only option you can see is Rescan, it means it has already been set up.

For reference, you may check this support article related to this: How to set up and watch live TV on your Roku TV system

Keep us posted on how it goes!

Best regards,
Carly

@Fillinlax @Selwynlaw99 Try to restart your Roku device.

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart
