Die Harter keeps appearing in menu after turning it off

I keep turning it off in the settings and it goes away. Then when I turn my tv back on it appears again. I don’t want this **bleep** ad for this **bleep** movie on my menu bar.

Stop influencing us!!@@ we will choose what to watch.  We completely will stop watching roku Bc of this inability 4 customerd to remove. You got your SVB funds back,  right?
