Dialog gets lower when background music plays

I have a Philips Roku TV that's less than a year old and I've noticed that whenever any background music plays that the dialog drops significantly in volume. This happens consistently across multiple streaming platforms so I don't think it is related to a specific app. I have done a factory reset and it still does this.
