Likely a fraudulent charge. Many times a scammer will hit an account for 1.00 to see if an active account before larger amounts taken. (or maybe content with taking smaller amounts to avoid detection.)
You can certainly contact Roku at https://support.roku.com/contactus and select "Accounts, Billings, and Subscriptions" to verify no subscriptions and see what they can do, but I would also contact your bank and report this activity so they can remedy/place a hold on further hits.
