My Roku TV keep losing sound. Video works fine. I'm not using remote speakers, just the TV stereo. The only thing that fixes it is to turn off the TV and reset the modem. It's happening more and more frequently. It's not an internet issue, as none of my other devices are effected.
I had the exact same problems and finally FOUND THE SOLUTION!!
Do a SYSTEM RESTART!!
MINE IS NOW FIXED!! YAAAAY

It happens on all channels, for anything I'm trying to watch.

Model # is 40s325
Not sure what the OS version is.
It started occurring about a year ago but only recently got worse.
As I said before, it occurs for all channels, all programs, etc. Sound goes completely out.
I’m having the same problem. Every time I turn it on I have the problem. I just bought this tv 2-3 months ago
Also having this issue!
Anytime a show goes to a new episode, I have to go to the options menu, turn leveling off then back on or else I won’t have sound.
This is annoying to do for a show that has SEVERAL episodes on Netflix 😢
I just purchased this tv March2020 and it’s June 2020.
I had the exact same problems and finally FOUND THE SOLUTION!!
Do a SYSTEM RESTART!!

Hi! My Roku is loosing sound as well. In order to get it back I have to completely restart Roku and go back into what I was watching. Very annoying!!! What is the fix?
I keep unplugging it. I’ve tried to reach someone at Walmart, they never called back. It’s an Onn tv and I’ve never had one before, I think it’s a poorly manufactured Tv. I’ve left it on while I cooked dinner and it’s got broken sound now.
