I have three TCL tvs and all for them decided to keep scrolling up and down when I’m trying to searching though the guide on my tv. I’ve tried different apps and it’s doing it on all of them. I’ve changed the batteries and checked to make sure no buttons are sticking, everything looks good, I also tried using different remotes and it’s still happening, any suggestions on what I should do to resolve my issue?

Please try to perform a System restart by navigating to the Home button on your Roku remote, scrolling and selecting Settings, selecting System, and selecting Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step: Select System Restart.

They didn't say that they had a problem with the remote. They stated that the problem occurs even without touching the remote. I find it difficult to get any answer out of one of you moderators here other than "Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in?" or "Perform a reset, that might help?"
It's infuriating, especially when there is a problem to fix.
I was able to fix the problem with help from the tech, it was quick fix, I think the Roku representatives responded on this thread.
They had me download the app on my phone but the problem persists, they sent me a new remote and the scramble and scroll of channels in the guide persists. Very frustrating. Who to call for help? What to do?
Only problem on the one ROKU TV not connected to a cable box.
The above instructions to go to system etc seemed to work so far! Thank you I hope.
